- If you wish to apply to extend your voucher's validation date by 3 months, please read the terms and conditions below and have your voucher number to hand.
- Voucher extensions terms and conditions
- These conditions are in addition to our normal terms and conditions published on our website.
- Vouchers must still be valid.
- Extended vouchers are valid for an additional period of three months starting from the day after your original voucher expiry date.
- You can only extend any voucher once.
- Extensions are subject to an administration fee of £9.99 per voucher.
- Extended vouchers or the extension's administation fee cannot be refunded.
- You will need to provide a valid email address to extend your voucher, this is used for the administration of the extension.
- No replacement voucher is issued as your updated details will be stored at our offices.
- No responsibility is accepted for re-validation requests not received at our offices on or before the original expiry date.
